This year’s okbet CS:GO European Championships were put on by the European Esports Federation (EEF) with help from the International Esports Federation (IESF). North Macedonia won first place and a coveted spot at this year’s IESF World Esports Championships Finals. The European Championships also had a prize pool of $25,000.
The CS:GO European Championships took place from July 5 to July 10 at the Oradea Arena in Romania. A total of 16 players participated, and CacaNito and Dan1 helped North Macedonia win first place. The team won $10,000 and a spot in the WE Championships Finals, which will be held in Bali, Indonesia, from December 1 through December 12, 2022.
Ukraine came in second place and won $8000. Serbia and Sweden tied for third place and shared the $7000 prize.
